Fairly clean and charming small place with excellent staff with untrained front desk clerk. Excellent and amazing location, minutes away from a temple and a tower...

It is a charming small hotel and the rooms are tastefully decorated and the bathroom is luxurious.

Great bathtub, but the room's sewer smell was a big issue.

Pleasantly surprised at how spacious and beautifully designed the king-sized room was. We were comfortable and very pleased with the choice.
The staff--and the lobby on the 12th floor, rather than the first--was not unfriendly. But not welcoming, either. But who cares? We had a great room.

We've stayed here before and truly enjoyed this place. We had a real good stay, the hotel was charming small, clean, with perfect location very close to metro.

Cozy room with a comfortable bed. Unique twin restroom setup with private sections made sharing convenient.
The breakfast area had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke, poorly labeled food items led to unwelcome surprises, and despite being on a non-smoking floor, common areas were affected by smoke. Mold was found in the bathroom, and the overall air quality felt stuffy.

- Great location, less than 5 mins walk to Metro Line 2 Jing'an Station. Jing'an Temple is just opposite the hotel. - The room is big, bed is comfortable. - Free WIFI in the room. - Friendly staff, greeted by housekeeping and front desk staff everyday. - Efficient check-in and check-out. Hotel staff also assist in calling for cab to the airport and was already waiting for me while check-out was done.
A little bit pricey considering there's no swimming pool, sauna or bar. Reception for check-in is on 12th floor and there's 2 entrances to the building which there's no signage to say where the reception is. If the hotel staff is not at ground level, the guest might need some time to find the reception. A bar that open till late in the evening for chilling out and winding down would be nice.

charming stay near jing'an temple
The hotel impressed me with its elegant decor and spacious rooms. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Jing'an Temple and nearby shopping. Waking up to a comfortable bed complemented by a relaxing bathtub was a perfect way to start each day. The service met our expectations with respectful staff always ready to assist.
I did encounter a troubling issue regarding a lingering cigarette smell in one of the rooms, which affected the overall ambiance. Fortunately, it wasn't severe enough to overshadow the positive aspects of my stay, but it was a minor disappointment. The breakfast selection could use more variety to enhance the dining experience.

Location is very good, center of the city. Traffic very convenient as subway is just a few steps away. Shopping and food centers are nearby. Newly renovated so that it is cleanning and bright.
Price is a little bit higher compared with the facilities of the hotel. Bathroom is bit small and water always leak onto the floor due to bad design of the bathtub.

Good staff; rooms were very clean. We have had a problemen with the airco system but Chinese perplex like hot rooms!
See above, airco system .

Can just recommend for a mini-vacation
Cozy room, excellent location, with a standing fan, made my stay more comfortable despite the warm room temperature, and convenient access to a shuttle for easy airport transfers.
All was perfect.

Brand new hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Still undergoing construction. Check in is on the 12th floor. No lobby yet like a typical 4-5 star hotel

Nice breakfast, super location, next to metro station and airport bus station.
Bathroom too small.
